The goal of our planned maintenance service is to save your facility money by keeping your equipment operating to manufacturers specs. Different devices require different planned maintenance frequencies, typically every 3, 6, or 12 months.
Our planned maintenance services include, at a minimum, the following:
- On-site procedures on all contracted biomedical and laboratory equipment
- Physical inspection of the equipment and all of its components
- Cleaning of enclosure, debris, filters, hoses, and electrical contacts
- Replacement of certain components (filters, fiber optics, bulbs, lenses, gaskets, sensors, etc.)
- Complete functionality check
- Complete written and cloud-based documentation of service performed
- Online access to your records
- Unlimited phone support and consultation
