Roy Williams, Ph.D., President

Roy Williams, Founder and Owner

Roy Williams founded FEO Medical driven by a vision to deliver exceptional biomedical services to the Memphis tri-state area.  Recognizing the critical need for rapid response to prevent surgical delays, he established FEO with F for fast service.  Committed to excellence, Roy ensured his engineers were highly trained across a wide range of medical devices, embodying the E for effective service. His goal was to simplify the process for medical administrators, offering a true one-stop shop, reflected in the O of FEO Medical.  After 30 years of building a respected and trusted company, Roy is transitioning into retirement, where he looks forward to farming and cherishing more time with his wife and young granddaughters.

 

 

Ben Williams

Ben Williams, President

Ben, son of FEO Medical founder Roy Williams, grew up immersed in the family business, spending weekends and holidays assisting his parents during college. After graduating from the University of Mississippi, Ben joined FEOM full-time and rapidly rose through the ranks, becoming president within a decade. A dynamic leader, he excels at tackling challenges in the medical device industry. Outside of work, Ben is an avid outdoorsman, passionate about turkey and duck hunting.

 

 

 

Tim Nguyen

Tim Nguyen, Senior Engineer

Tim, a 2018 addition to the FEO Medical team, holds a master’s in biology and a bachelor’s in biomedical engineering from the University of Memphis, where he was among the first FEO Medical interns. Passionate about his work, Tim is also an avid fisherman, often casting lines in his free time.

 

 

 

Dawson Wooten

Dawson Wooten, Lead Engineer

Dawson launched his career as an intern at FEO Medical while pursuing a biomedical engineering degree at the University of Memphis. Fueled by a passion for learning and problem-solving, he excels in the corrective maintenance of biomedical and imaging devices. Dawson particularly enjoys servicing OEC C-Arm Xray systems.

Jon Andrew

Jon joined FEO Medical in 2024 as the newest member of the team. With a robust skill set in both mechanical and electrical fields, he quickly excels in the biomedical industry, bringing fresh expertise, enthusiasm and innovative maintenance of medical devices.

 

 

 

Samantha

Samantha

Samantha joined FEO Medical as our 5th intern in August 2023 while studying at the University of Memphis. Exemplifying FEOM’s commitment to the intern program at UofM, she brings fresh ideas and approaches to team discussions, always eager to lend a hand. Balancing school and work with excellence, Samantha plans to return to her hometown of St. Louis after graduation. While she will be greatly missed by the FEO team, we know she will succeed in any path she follows.
